All of the items available at Lost Lake Designs are one-of-a-kind. Lampworked glass items are truly unique per piece and cannot be duplicated exactly. Lost Lake Designs is a solely owned US business.

If you are not a member of PayPal.com, go check them out. It is a great, SAFE way to pay online. We highly recommend PayPal! It's easy, it's fast, and free to buyers. Sellers pay a small fee for each transaction. You set-up an account once and then you can pay anyone you need to online through their secure server.
PAYMENT...
We accept credit cards through Paypal. We also accept money orders. Sorry NO C.O.D.'s or checks. Payments made with eChecks will be sent once the eCheck has cleared.
SHIPPING & HANDLING...
Free First Class shipping with delivery confirmation is included in your purchase price. (Within the United States). Priority Mail is available for $4.50.
For International orders, I use USPS Global Priority Mail...$5.50.
Items are shipped within one busisness day of receiving payment.....unless stated that we're out-of-town. If so, a ship date will be given.
SALES TAX...
Indiana residents, please pay 6% for applicable sales tax.
INSURANCE...
Insurance is extra and optional, but I highly recommend it. We charge $1.35 per $50 ordered. Sorry, but we are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost or damaged in shipping.
RETURNS...
Prior to returning any merchandise you must contact me at orders@lostlakedesigns.com. Merchandise must be returned to us within ten (10) days of receipt, in resaleable condition, insured for full value, and shipped pre-paid along with a copy of your sales invoice. Packages returned C.O.D. will not be accepted. Special orders are not returnable. Upon receipt of the undamaged, unaltered merchandise, we will issue a credit, exchange or a refund for the value of the merchandise (less a 20% restocking fee); shipping charges are non-refundable and do not count towards credit. Lost Lake reserves the right to determine whether any goods have been altered or damaged. Credit will be issued only upon our examination of the returned items. We cannot be responsible for packages you ship to us that are not insured.

Lost Lake Designs makes every effort to keep our website up to date. However, due to unforeseen events, certain items may occasionally be sold. I will make every attempt to keep the items up to date and list items *sold as they are gone.
We've made every attempt to accurately price the items on our website. In the event of a typographical error, we will advise you of the correct information when you place your order. Prices are subject to change without notice.
